I'll post a lot more pictures tomorrow (a complete weekend recap via photos, in fact!), but I had to go ahead and share a few pictures of the snow already. We NEVER get snow down here in Alabama, so we were thrilled to wake up to this scene...
There was much fun on our street...snowball fights, mini snowmen, snow angels, even some very creative snow sledding accomplished with a plastic swimming pool. (I do have picture of that too, I promise! LOL)

Travis--It will probably be 80 degrees here in a few days too. Alabama weather is CRAZY!
Gin--I never believe it when it says it's coming...but it did this time (although it's already melting now!).
Jenster--LOL Yep, I'm the same way. Give me one good snow and my affection for Winter is over. Spring can come on now!

So fun when it's a rare treat--complete with occuring on the weekend for playing and eating.
Our kids love snow because we rarely get a dumping of it. But I'm tired of winter. As far as I'm concerned, it's March. Time for spring.
