On Saturday, we held a garage sale down at my friend Chris's house, with all the money going towards McKenna's Student Leadership University conference in D.C. this summer. We were a little disappointed by the turn-out; but, still, for not selling any of our large items (the highest priced item was $1.50, and most stuff was a quarter or 50 cents) we did okay selling around $50 worth of stuff. Delaney wanted a BIG sale, so got a little depressed. But she perked up when about 5 teenagers showed up at the same time and started buying a BUNCH of McKenna's things. PICTURES to be posted soon--they are priceless (you'll just have to trust me!). McKenna hosted a Kids Scrapbook Night on Sat. night at church, again to raise money for her trip. She had four girls show up and got some nice donations. It was a lot of fun and we're probably gonna do that again. Sunday was a nice day with church, tacos here at the house (I actually COOKED on a Sunday afternoon--an amazing feat!!), Delaney and Gary going to Havoc practice, then a good Bible study at night. Gary and I watched the latest "Lost" late last night (( think it was 1 a.m. when it went off!) and were floored by Ana Lucia getting killed (and maybe Libby . . .and maybe Michael shot himelf). What the heck?? Can't wait to see the next installment. Working today on a cookbook for the aformentioned SLU fundraising, plus getting some clothes washed and working on an article I have due at the end of the week. Just an exciting day in the Wray household, huh?? (Experimenting with fonts here on the blog . . . not sure if I like this one or not. We'll see!)
Welcome to my life...Life with Cheryl. It's all about joy, laughter, family, and love, and the adventure of it all! (And, guess what? I'm writing it all down!)

Weekend Update-- Had a very busy, but nice weekend. There was no softball tournament this weekend, so ALL members of the family got to spend time together. Very nice!
