March 1st already!! And keep the Q &As coming!!!

I have found a new obsession via Josie's blog. How cute are these things? Go HERE to make these wonderfully fun little library cards. (Sorry, but they may start popping up here on my blog a little too often! lol)

That tells a little of what I'm looking forward to in March. One of my very favorite months of the year (probably one of my two faves--this month, because it's birthday month to McKenna and Scout, and June, which is a vacation month and birthday time for Delaney). So much fun stuff going on--but hard to believe it's already here!

Since we're talking about birthdays ...

A big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my great friend, Allison!!!!!!!!!!! Love ya!!!!

And thanks so much for the concern for Gary, after I mentioned his doctor's appointment yesterday. After seeing a stroke specialist last week, he has a couple of things planned--mostly some blood tests and other procedures that the specialist wants to run, since it's still quite a mystery why he has had several strokes. The cardiologist set him up for a procedure next Wednesday where they will go behind his heart to get a different view and see if anything's going on in that area. Gary, though, is still very tired and a lot of people have said he just doesn't seem "like himself" and I think it's absolutely true. He's still my sweet, sweet hubby, but he's out-of-sorts a bit. It makes me sad to see him that way, but I know that God's gonna keep reviving him and getting him back to "normal" soon.

Okay . . . I am LOVING all the fun questions you guys and gals have posted for my Q &A for Cheryl. But, a lot of my blog friends didn't stop by yesterday... so, keep the questions coming!!! (Look back at yesterday's post to get an update. But basically it goes like this--post any question you'd like into my comments section and I will look forward to answering a couple that I pick out over the next few days. Should be really fun!!!)

I adore and admire how positive you are.
It's like you have a little light that shines out all the time:)
I've always felt that a postive outlook led to positive things in ones life but sometimes struggle with living it everyday SO
My question for you is this:
Aside from your strong faith what would you say has helped you maintain your positive nature??

I'm still praying they will find some answers for Gary and that all will be well.
I can't think of anything new to ask - but I'll give it a bit more thought. It's fun to read the other questions.

Keeping Gary in our prayers! And I just added my questions in your previous post. :)

Love the files/ I've seen them at other blogs and wondered where they came from.
A question--
Are you orginally from Alabama? Where else have you lived? What is your favorite "place"?
(well that was three questions)

Prayers for Gary. The unknown is very difficult for me, so you're both in my thoughts.

Hi Cheryl. I just wanted to take a minute to confess, that it's been a while since I've been to your blog. Wow, that sounded like my old Catholic days when I had to go to confession :-).
But while I'm confessing, I'll also admit that I have now added you to my links. So now, I'll have no excuse for not checking in on you.
Those little library/book cards are cute enough. I may have to borrow that little idea sometime.
Lastly (but not least), I pray that all is well with your husband. I haven't read all the info on what's going on. But God tells us that we are to bear eachothers burdens....I don't think He said anything about HAVING to know ALL the details. Just that our prayers are needed/desired.
Oh, I need to think of a question for you. Hmmmmm.....

Gary is in my prayers and thoughts...I know this is a scary time but I also know that God is there and will help lead the doctors to help Gary.

You are such a bright light and spirit.

Okay...I have a silly question...I always love lid's names and know I went over and over my kid's names before I settled on the ones they now have...are your girls named for anyone or thing??

Love and hugs to you all,
Sue

Still praying for Gary and your family! He will continue to improve...it is just going to take some time. My MIL had two strokes about 4 years ago and we went through the same thing...it just takes time. We had to learn that the hard way. Take care! As far as a question, there are so many good ones already....I can't think of another one! LOL
