Easiest. Pie. Ever.

I think you all know me well enough to know that I can't let more than two or three days go by without making some sort of sweet treat for everyone in my family.

And, while I was going to wait to post this--and several of my other favorite pie recipes--on March 14, which just happens to be National Pie Day...I really couldn't let the yumminess of this recipe wait that long.

So, if you want one of the easiest recipes in the world for something that's incredibly delicious, try...

Limeade Pie
(or Fake Key Lime Pie)

1 graham cracker pie crust
1 small can frozen limeade concentrate
1 large tub cool whip
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Prepare your favorite graham cracker pie crust (I like to bake mine very briefly, for three or four minutes, to give it a little bit of an extra crunch). Then mix remaining ingredients together until smooth. Add a drop or two of green food coloring and mix well. Pour into pie crust and freeze until firm. Serve with whipped cream on top, and garnish with anything (lime wedges, zest) to make it look all pretty.

And then just try and leave that pie alone in your freezer. I know that it didn't last long for me. (There's only half of it left, and I think I've eaten all but one piece myself. Yikes.)

(And you know what's cool about me posting this recipe today? National Pie Day now awaits for me to share some of my other favorite pies. Like Peanut Butter Pie. And Chocolate Pecan Pie. And who knows what else.)

Sounds so good! It reminds me of a fast and easy cheesecake pie. 1 cup sugar; 2 8oz packages of cream cheese; 1 tub cool whip! Blend and dump in graham cracker pie crust!
Now I want pie!

Sounds and looks delicious! The peanut butter pie sounds good. Can't wait for that. I love peanut butter even though some bad publicity. I'm just not ready to give it up. Are ya'll cold down there? The past few days have not been fun here. Warm weather on the way though. Have a nice weekend!
