THIS is a good way to spend an afternoon...

So yesterday the girls and I tried out a new ice cream place here in town. I already knew that I LOVED snow cones (the shave ice ones...not the hard ice balls that we had when I was a child!), but this place ramps it up a notch! They layer ice cream and snow cones in one yummy, delicious treat!

This one had vanilla ice cream on the bottom, covered with pineapple shave ice.

(Delaney tried one with strawberry ice cream on bottom, covered with ice cream-flavored shave ice. It was crazy yummy too!)

The question is...what flavor to try next time? (I'm thinking vanilla ice cream with orange on top. Kinda like a dreamsicle. Oh yeah...)

So...what is your favorite treat?

Hmmm, sounds interesting.

What's my favorite treat? I'd have to say the Almond Joy ice cream at Brusters. I think they call is Coconut Chocolate Almond...same difference, huh? And I DO love myself a good ole fashioned ice cream sammich (as Jayla sometimes calls it).

Ok, that's it...I'm goin to Brusters!!! LOL

I've never had one of those.
For me my favourite ice-cream treat is mint chocolate chip. May I please place an order in with you - a bigggg tub of it would be great. Thanks. You are swell :-D

Mmmm, those sound good! I guess my favorite treat is Creme Brulee by Ben & Jerry's. Or their Coffee Heath Bar Crunch. Or there is a little cafe in Ruidoso that makes the most heavenly creme brulee cheese cake. Or just about anything. What can I say, I'm a pushover!

Dawn--It is so good!!! We don't have a Brusters around here, which just stinks!!! Enjoy a bite of that yummy ice cream for me!!

G--I saw a lady order one when we were there. It looked SO good!!!

King--Mmmm...I like mint chocolate chip too. Okay, placing an order for you right now. Do you think it will melt before it makes it overseas?

Lynilu--I LOVE LOVE LOVE Creme Brulee (the traditional dessert). But can you believe I have never had the Ben and Jerry's ice cream version? Okay, that is SO on my list now!!

Yummy yumm yumm.

My favorite treat is good old fashioned popcorn. But if were talking frozen or ice cream treat, I agree with Gkw and like the banana splits. Or a sundae.

No I don't think it will melt at all *rolls eyes*. Hahahahaha.

Where did y'all go? Megans? We keep meaning to go by there. Oh, I work across the street from a Bruster's. It has the gravitational pull of a Black Hole sometimes!
